1. Commitment to Data Privacy
BAAN Platform Inc. (“BAAN”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting your organizational data and catalog secrets. This Privacy Policy details how we handle merchant information and in-context AI retrieval.
2. No AI Training on Customer Data
We enforce a strict Zero Model Training policy. Your proprietary product catalog items, prices, sales margins, and internal documents are strictly used as ephemeral parameters for deterministic in-context retrieval (RAG) and are never used to train public or foundational machine learning models.
3. Data Collection and Usage
We collect information strictly necessary to provide the BAAN service, including account credentials (hashed with argon2/bcrypt), organization billing records, and connected social media publishing tokens.
4. Cryptographic Tenant Isolation
All organization memory graphs and vector indices in Qdrant and PostgreSQL are separated by strict organization IDs, preventing cross-tenant leakage.
